Latitude & Levity LLC ("Latitude & Levity," "we," "us," or "our") operates latitudeandlevity.com (the "Website"). We provide information about our practice, including private coaching, organizational work, speaking, and related educational content.

2. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit the Website, join our email list, submit an inquiry form, schedule a conversation, or otherwise contact us. It does not govern information collected under a separate client agreement, employee relationship, or another website’s privacy policy.

3. Information we collect
Information you provide
Contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, role, and location when requested.
 Inquiry information you choose to share about what brings you to Latitude & Levity, the kind of conversation you want, timing, goals, organizational context, and other details relevant to preparing for a call.
Scheduling information, such as your selected meeting time, time zone, and answers to scheduling questions.
 Email subscription information, including your email address, subscription status, consent record, and engagement with our emails.
Communications you send to us, including replies, feedback, and requests.
Please use good judgment. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical records, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through the Website or inquiry form. You control how much personal or workplace detail you choose to share at this stage.

 
Information collected automatically
When you use the Website, our hosting, security, consent, and analytics providers may automatically receive technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, referring page, pages viewed, links clicked, session timing, and cookie or similar identifiers. Non-essential analytics will be handled according to the consent choices available on the Website.
Information from other sources
If you interact with us through a third-party service or a referral, we may receive information that you or the referring party choose to provide. We may also use publicly available professional information when reasonably necessary to prepare for a requested business conversation.

4. How we use information
Respond to inquiries and prepare for requested conversations.
 Route an inquiry to the appropriate next step based on the selections a visitor makes.
Schedule and administer calls and communicate about them.
Provide newsletters or promotional email when a person has subscribed or when another lawful basis applies, and honor unsubscribe choices.
Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Website and forms.
Understand Website use and the effectiveness of our content without sending inquiry answers or other personally identifying form content to analytics tools.
Maintain records, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud or misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Consider or complete a business transaction, such as a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. When we disclose information
We do not sell personal information for money. At launch, we do not plan to use Website advertising pixels or disclose Website activity for cross-context behavioral advertising. Before activating Meta Pixel, Pinterest Tag, or a similar advertising technology, we will update this Policy and our consent choices. Such disclosures may be defined as “sharing,” “selling,” or “targeted advertising” under some privacy laws even when no money is exchanged.
We may disclose information to:
 Service providers that help us host the Website, manage consent, operate forms, schedule calls, manage contacts, send email, analyze Website use, maintain business systems, or provide professional support. They may process information only for the work they perform for us or as otherwise explained in their own notices.
Professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants, insurers, and consultants, when reasonably necessary.
 Government authorities, courts, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
 A successor or prospective successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
Other parties at your direction or with your consent.

6. Launch service providers
We use service providers to operate the Website, respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, communicate with subscribers and prospective clients, manage business relationships, understand Website use, and maintain our internal business systems. These providers may process personal information only as necessary to provide their services to us or as otherwise described in their own privacy notices.
At launch, our service providers include:
Showit for Website hosting and publishing.
Cookiebot for cookie consent, preference management, and maintaining information about technologies used on the Website.
Typeform for collecting inquiry-form responses.
Calendly for scheduling conversations.
Kit for managing email subscribers and sending newsletters and other permitted email communications.
Google Analytics 4 for Website analytics, subject to applicable consent choices.
Google Tag Manager for managing approved Website analytics and measurement technologies.
Copper for contact and relationship management.
Google Workspace for business email, communications, and internal records.
Zapier for securely transferring information between approved business systems and automating designated workflows.
Airtable for internal records and workflow management.
These providers may receive information such as contact details, inquiry responses, scheduling information, communications, technical Website information, or internal workflow data, depending on the service they perform. We limit access and use to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant business purpose.
Meta Pixel, Pinterest Tag, and other advertising or remarketing technologies are not active as part of the initial launch configuration. Before activating an advertising technology, we will update this Privacy Policy and our Cookie Settings, configure any required consent or privacy choices, and test the implementation.
Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they or their subprocessors operate. Their handling of personal information is also governed by their respective terms, privacy notices, and contractual commitments. We periodically review our providers and may replace or add providers as our business changes. When a change materially affects how we collect, use, or disclose personal information, we will update this Privacy Policy.
 
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The Website may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the site and, if you allow them, technologies used for analytics. A cookie is a small data file stored on or accessed from a device. Our cookie banner will provide choices for non-essential technologies. You can revisit your choices through the "Cookie Settings" link in the Website footer.
Typeform may present its own cookie consent controls when you use a hosted Typeform. Those controls apply to the form experience. Browser settings may also allow you to delete or block cookies, but some features may not work as intended.

8. Analytics and measurement
We plan to use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate Website activity, such as page views, navigation, outbound link clicks, file downloads, and whether a visitor reaches a non-identifying conversion step. We will not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, free-text inquiry responses, calendar answers, or other directly identifying form content to Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.
Meta Pixel and Pinterest Tag are not planned for the initial launch. If we activate either later, we may use it to measure advertising, attribute non-identifying conversion events, create or refine advertising audiences, and optimize or deliver ads. Before activation, we will update this Policy and Cookie Settings, configure the tag under advertising consent, and test it. We will not intentionally send Typeform answers, Calendly answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, employer names, or free-text inquiry details through either website tag.

9. Email communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter or promotional email, we use your information to send the communications you requested and manage your subscription. You can unsubscribe from promotional messages through the link in any marketing email. We may still send non-promotional messages about an inquiry, scheduled call, or an active business relationship when appropriate.

10. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business and consent records, meeting legal or accounting obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting rights. Our proposed launch rule is to review and delete or anonymize unconverted inquiry records after 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required or reasonably necessary. Subscriber information is retained until a person unsubscribes or the record is otherwise no longer needed, subject to maintaining a limited suppression record so we can honor the unsubscribe request.

11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please do not send information through the Website that you would not want transmitted electronically.

12. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; receive a copy of certain information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator. These rights may be subject to exceptions and verification requirements.
To make a privacy request, email hello@latitudeandlevity.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a legally protected privacy right.
California residents: California law requires certain commercial websites that collect personally identifiable information from California consumers to conspicuously post a privacy policy. Additional California rights apply only when the relevant law covers the business and the particular processing. We do not sell personal information for money, and Website advertising pixels are not planned for the initial launch. Before activating technology that may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, we will evaluate and implement any applicable “Your Privacy Choices,” Global Privacy Control, or “Do Not Sell or Share” mechanism.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland: Where applicable, our reasons for processing may include taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with law, pursuing legitimate business interests that do not override your rights, and consent. You may withdraw consent at any time for future processing based on consent. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate, subject to applicable transfer safeguards.

13. Children
The Website and our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

14. Third-party links and embedded services
The Website may link to or embed services we do not control. Those parties’ privacy practices are governed by their own notices. We encourage you to review them before providing information.

15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide any additional notice or choice required by law.
