Be ambitious without becoming less human.

I help people lead themselves, their teams, and their organizations without losing sight of the humans at the center.

Success can look like proof that everything is working.

A result can be impressive and still ask too much of the people producing it.
This is why I ask a different question about success:

What is this actually asking of the humans making it happen?

The way you succeed becomes part of how you lead.

Your career teaches you what achievement requires and which parts of yourself belong at work.

Your leadership turns those lessons into priorities, expectations, decisions, and tradeoffs that affect other people.

Culture is what people learn from those choices. It is the alignment (or the gap) between what an organization says matters and what people experience when pressure hits.

Careers, leadership, and culture aren't separate, they shape each other. That's why Latitude & Levity works across all three.

If we want ambition to stay human, we have to look at the person making the choice, the leader shaping choices for others, and the culture teaching everyone what success requires here.

Hey, I’m Latia.

I spent nearly fifteen years in senior People & Culture roles, advising executives across talent, culture, and organizational change in complex global companies. I thrived in the space between what the business needed, what leaders said mattered, and what humans actually experienced.

I'm not standing outside the system judging it. I helped build it, led within it, and built my own success through it too. That's why I don’t only care about whether an idea sounds good in the room. I care whether it works when real people have to live it.

I've made these decisions from inside the system and inside a real life.

The 3D Success System™

Discover
We make the current Success System visible. What keeps happening? What are people learning to do? What gets rewarded? What feels too risky to challenge?

Design
We decide what matters most and translate it into choices about what to pursue, protect, change, stop, resource, and reward.

Defend
We prepare those choices for the moment they become inconvenient. Because that’s typically where plans fall apart.

Knowing better doesn’t mean doing better. And doing better doesn’t mean staying better

Ambition stays human by design.
