I Built This Because I Lived It

Senior HR leader in tech. First-gen professional. Usually the only Black woman in the room. I checked every box and quietly unraveled doing it.

The breaking point? Realizing I was designing high-impact talent strategies for everyone else while the version of success I’d built for myself was bleeding me dry.

So I stopped asking "How can I do more?" And started asking:

"What if success could feel different?"

I didn’t burn it all down. I just stopped performing someone else’s idea of leadership. Latitude & Levity™ came from that shift and from hundreds of conversations with ambitious leaders asking the same thing:

"How do I succeed without sacrificing everything else that matters?"

This isn’t about work-life balance. It’s about success that includes what matters most.

Creating content that names what others won’t.

Building frameworks to make sense of complexity

Double-fisting coffee.

Enjoying life in the Dallas ‘burbs with my family.

YOU CAN FIND ME:

Toxic positivity.

Hustle culture.

Leadership advice that ignores identity and context.

Surface-level fixes for system-level problems.

One-size-fits-all anything.

I'm NOT ABOUT:

Space for the whole human.

Laughing until it hurts.

Well-placed cuss words.

Helping you lead without losing yourself.

I BELIEVE IN:

In leadership, this shows up as recognizing the unconscious patterns that create achievement at unsustainable costs. The systems that reward over-performance over impact. The cultural pressures that make leaders choose between success and everything else that matters.

I've discovered that most leaders aren't struggling because they're doing something wrong. They're running unconscious Success OS™ patterns that create achievement at unsustainable costs.

I identified five distinct patterns that most leaders inherit rather than
choose. The breakthrough isn't eliminating these patterns, it's learning to recognize when they're running and choosing when to activate them consciously.

My superpower is seeing the invisible things that others can't and saying the hard things that others won't.

Through my work as a People & Culture leader, I kept seeing the same thing:
Talented people who'd achieved everything they were "supposed" to achieve, yet something still felt off. They had built success, but couldn’t feel it.

The Meaning Behind Our Name

Both/And

We reject false choices. In a world that demands you pick sides, we create space for complexity and nuance because you can hold space for multiple truths simultaneously.

Real Talk

We speak the truth others avoid, not to provoke but to create possibility. Our words reflect both honesty and care, because anything less isn't leadership.

Our Guiding Principles

Alignment

We build from the inside out. Real change happens when your external choices reflect your internal truth.

Take the Success OS™ Assessment – a 10-minute assessment that reveals which invisible pattern is driving how you show up to your life.

Most high-achievers are running on autopilot. You're checking the right boxes, but something still feels off. You've built success, but it doesn't feel like what you imagined.

This assessment helps you see what's actually running beneath the surface. No personality typing. No generic advice. Just pattern recognition that makes sense of why success feels the way it does for you.

Because you deserve more than surviving your own ambition.

Uncover the hidden pattern running your success.
